Woman Is ... Dance
The second in a series, this work, an acrylic painting, shows a woman in the middle of a dance. There is gracefulness and freedom and beauty in the woman’s movement. The artist wanted to show that just as dance takes our breath away when the dancer is in movement, it is the same for the woman, whose actions and movements in the world, her strength, and ability to survive and thrive is just as moving and just as breathtaking as the dance. In this we see that Woman is Dance.
